Continue your practice and create community with other BIPOC Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course graduates. This group meets online every 2nd & 4th Tuesday.

BIPOC Mindful Self-Compassion

In this online gathering, we will practice with a guided MSC meditation, listen to a brief refresher lesson on a relevant aspect of MSC, and enjoy time to meet and connect as a group as we share in interactive discussion and exploration of our daily life experience and practice.

Practicing compassion in community this way can powerfully insulate us from a sense of separation and help heal grief and trauma caused by systemic oppression.

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” – Audre Lorde

Who is this practice group for?

The BIPOC Mindful Self-Compassion practice group is for all those who self-identify as BIPOC and have already taken an MSC 8-week course, 2-day intensive, or 6-week Short Course.

We seek to create a safe refuge of BIPOC, where participants can reflect, share authentically, listen deeply, and compassionately receive each other and our whole selves.

Where is this practice group located?

This is an online event. Join us LIVE on Zoom from the comfort of your own home or another safe space. Zoom details will be sent automatically a few minutes after you register.

Simply bring your whole self and join us every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 7-8pm PT!
