Please join us in continuing your practice and creating community with other BIPOC Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course graduates. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month we will meet, practice with a guided MSC meditation, have a short refresher lesson on an aspect of MSC, and enjoy time to connect as a group—with interactive discussion and exploration of daily life experience and practice.
We seek to create a safe refuge of BIPOC, where participants can reflect, share authentically, listen deeply, and compassionately receive each other and our whole selves.
Practicing compassion in community this way can powerfully insulate us from a sense of separation and help heal grief and trauma caused by systemic oppression
All those who self-identify as BIPOC and have already taken an MSC 8-week course, 2-day intensive, or 6-week Short Course are welcome.
“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” –Audre Lorde
Bing your whole self and join us every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 7-8pm PT!
