Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

Refund and Event Policies

As a support for increasing your capacity for more subtle awareness of your experience, this daylong will explore the three manifest levels of the Nine Bodies meditation series: the physical, vital, and emotional bodies. As we intentionally direct our attention to these bodies, or levels, of consciousness, we strengthen our embodied awareness practice, get a clearer understanding of how we create our experience of the world, and discover our source of inner strength. These explorations may also increase the clarity and specificity of your mindfulness and enable the arising of insight.

The Nine Bodies are a set of teachings about the nature of consciousness that were first transmitted to Phillip Moffitt by the Himalayan yoga master Sri Swami Premvarni Balyogi twenty years ago. Phillip has integrated the teachings into meditation practice and they are the basis for his book: Awakening through the Nine Bodies.

The day will include an introduction to the Nine Bodies teachings, a series of guided meditations, walking meditation, Q & A, and a 1.5 hour lunch break around 11:30-1pm PT.  All levels of meditation students are welcome to attend this daylong.
