In this retreat, we’ll turn to the present moment as a place of refuge for our hearts and minds, and tune into our innate wisdom and compassion. Through periods of meditation and discussion, we’ll explore the wildness, complexity, and wisdom of our vulnerable living hearts, as well as our connection to ourselves, our relationships, our communities, and the world around us. We will turn our attention inward through alternating periods of sitting and walking meditations, mindful eating, and rest. The wisdom and compassion of the Dharma will support us in steadying our minds and tuning into clear seeing.
