We are living in unprecedented times, and people have met these conditions before: pandemic, climate crisis, war, and facism. In this class we look to the practitioners and practices that seek to go more deeply into, and beyond, the nature of reality. We hold this four week community as a feminist, queer, anti-racist experiment in groundlessness and  what shifts we can make in our perception to understand, envision and create new realities for healing and liberation.

In this 4-week series, we will work with non-ordinary perception, and non-dual states of knowing, such as embodiment and somatics, breathwork and dreaming, listening to the earth, ritual and transmission. We do this work grounded in a container of belonging and support for one another on the path of liberation, that is trauma-aware and open to the possibility that our transformation has the power to transform the world.

Schedule: Wednesdays, 5-6:30 PM PT

Session One:
Body and Grounding

Session Two:
Breathwork and Dreaming

Session Three:
Earth and Ritual

Session Four:
Transmission and Integration
