For many parents, this time of re-entry brings a new set of worries and stress at a time when we’ve already had to navigate so many challenges and are really burned out. Join other parents in learning some simple mindfulness and self-compassion skills to help ease the way through the transition, supported by discussions and shared wisdom. You are not alone!
Parents are encouraged to attend both sessions but it is not required.
