A monthly online practice and affinity group for all those on the LGBTQueer+ spectrum, whether new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner.

LGBTQueer+ Mindfulness
We warmly invite all those who self-identify as LGBTQueer+ to practice mindfulness together. This is an opportunity to explore and share our experiences within a supportive community.

Each meeting includes a 20 to 30-minute guided meditation followed by opportunities for group discussion. Meetings may also include mindful movement, a short talk, and/or small breakout groups.

Every second Sunday of every month: 1 – 2:30pm PT.

Who is this practice group for?
No matter where you fall on the LGBTQueer+ spectrum and whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, we welcome your unique presence.
