Refund and Event Policies

Learn powerful life-nourishing wisdom practices that foster our innate resilience as well as a deep sense of peace, trust and connection. Join Cain Carroll—a master teacher and synthesizer of ancient self-healing arts—and Dr. Josefa Rangela Stanford educated medical doctor and integrative medicine specialist—for this eye-opening experiential workshop hosted by Trudy and Myra Goodman, who have both greatly benefited from their work. Now, perhaps more than ever before, we need to be empowered to care for ourselves in ways that can support radiant health, soothe our nervous systems, and nurture our hearts and souls.

This event is a fundraiser for the Insight in Action which brings free mindfulness and meditation to marginalized communities that would otherwise not be able to afford or have access to these teachings. Insight in Action serves under resourced schools, health care clinics, and non-profits serving high-risk youth and those experiencing poverty. The students, teachers, healthcare workers, and families have benefited from these mindfulness teachings by learning healthy coping mechanisms to deal with their suffering.

This event will be recorded and emailed to everyone who registers.
