If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

Let’s come together and practice compassion, during these challenging times.  In this 2-week drop-in series, we’ll plant seeds of loving kindness and compassion, for ourselves and for the world.

Throughout the series, we’ll discover:  the relationship between mindfulness and compassion, what blocks self-compassion, how to soften the inner critic and motivate ourselves with compassion, how to more effectively listen to another with compassion, and ways for being with difficult emotions.  In each class, we’ll practice with guided meditation, research-based exercises, and interactive discussion.

Schedule 7-8:30pm:

April 25
