The first teaching that the Buddha ever gave was a profound insight into the liberation of the heart and mind: The 4 noble truths. How can an understanding of these truths have practical, beneficial implications for our daily lives?  We will explore this question together within this 4-week series.  Each week will include a 30 minute guided mindfulness meditation, a talk on another aspect of the 4 noble truths, and time for discussion within a supportive community setting.

This class is a donation-based class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.  Join us for one of the four classes or all four classes for the best cumulative effect.
