In this guided meditation you’ll be invited to surf the waves of cravings, urges and emotions in a non-reactive, kind and observational manner. As we learn to be be with various impulses, we recognize their nature to peak and diminish all on their own. This meditation is suitable for all and especially supportive for those in recovery.
The format for this event is a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A with the teacher.
