Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

In this 4-week class series, we will cultivate our natural capacity for a loving, joyous and balanced heart, inclined towards ourselves and each other. As a community, we will delve into the brahma viharas, the four abodes, as fundamental dharma practices:

lovingkindness
compassion
sympathetic joy
equanimity

Each week we will explore another facet of these timeless teachings.

Each evening will include a 30 minute guided sit, a dharma talk and time for discussion and tea.

We will meet for 4 Tuesday evenings from November 26th – December 17th 7:30-9pm. You are welcome to attend all 4 classes for the best cumulative learning experience or attend classes individually.

All are welcome.  This is a chance to come together and practice in community.
