Each of us has a deep need to forgive and be forgiven. The real question is, when we encounter adifficult situation—a parent who mistreats us, an angry employer, or a disgruntled partner—dowe hang onto the negative mindset or move into acceptance and forgiveness?

Forgiveness starts with learning to forgive ourselves. Once we learn to forgive ourselves, forgiving others becomes much easier. Join Venerable Dhammananda Bhikkhuni, Thailand’s firstfully ordained Theravada Buddhist nun in conversation with her student, Cindy Rasicot, as shediscusses her journey to healing and forgiveness.

There will be ample time for participants to ask Venerable Dhammananda questions about their experiences and practice. The event will be recorded and emailed to everyone who registers.
