In our busy lives we all can fall into mindless eating that has negative consequences on our wellbeing. In the ancient texts, the Buddha taught about the effects of food and overeating on our mental health.  Bringing the quality of conscious awareness to our eating habits has great benefits to our mental and physical health. 

In this series you will be supported to bring healthy habits to what you are consuming.  You can tailor your plan to your specific needs and the series will give tools for maintaining those habits along with group support.
