Come together to meditate and talk about supporting the people in our lives (including ourselves) who may be struggling with deep suffering, hopelessness, helplessness, disconnection, mental health and health challenges, and/or suicidal thoughts.

Join us online every Saturday from 10:00-11:30am Pacific Time for InsightLA’s Mindfulness and Deep Suffering Affinity & Practice Group.

H.O.P.E. Practice Group

The opposite of deep suffering is not just the absence of suffering.
The opposite of deep suffering is connection.

Since April 2020, the H.O.P.E. (Healing Ourselves through the Present Experience) practice group has been a refuge and sanctuary for those of us who feel lost at times.

Without judgment, shame, or pressure, we come together to practice and discuss the importance of connection, community, and compassion.

Expect a 15-20 minute guided meditation and teaching (recorded), followed by time for conversation, discussion, and questions (not recorded).

To watch or listen to previous H.O.P.E. Groups, visit the H.O.P.E. YouTube Channel.

Who is this practice group for?

This practice group is for anyone (including ourselves) who may be struggling with deep suffering, hopelessness, helplessness, disconnection, mental health and health challenges, and/or suicidal thoughts.

All levels of practitioners are welcome, including those who have never meditated before.
