Join us online for a very special Summer Insight retreat with Beth Sternlieb and Celeste Young.
This annual summer insight meditation retreat has been reformatted specifically to be an online daylong retreat, accessible for people who are staying home right now and would like to deepen their practice and connect with some calm, stillness, and a sense of inner refuge within community.
The schedule will be spacious and includes guided meditations, sitting and walking practice periods, mindful eating instructions, time for lunch and rest. The teachers will offer Dharma talks and instructions to support your practice. Much of the retreat will be held in noble silence, which helps us to deepen our connection to our direct moment to moment experience, cultivate continuity of mindfulness while at home, and awaken the heart and mind for greater ease, balance, and clarity during these challenging times.
