In divisive times the Buddhist practices teach us how to be agents of healing and to make our lives a source of joy for others.  Through practice we learn to disagree without becoming enemies.  We learn to discern unskillful actions in others without turning them into enemies.  We learn the blessings of forgiveness and the cohesiveness of love that brings people together rather than apart.  In this mindfulness daylong we will infuse our practice with the healing qualities of forgiveness and love towards ourselves and others.  And through that we will find inspiration for uplifting and helpful actions to take in the world.
