Please join us for the Community Meditation and Potluck! Come share in the joys of sangha, connection, and food.

Schedule: Saturday, March 15, 2025 – 6pm to 8pm PT

What to bring:
If your heart feels called to share, perhaps bring 1 food item/dish and label if vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free (please note: we are not tracking who is bringing what).
Bringing food is not required; the presence of your beautiful self is enough.

About this gathering:
Early Buddhist teaching emphasizes sangha and kalyana mitta (trans. “kalyana”  meaning spiritual, admirable, lovely or beautiful; and “mitta” meaning friendship) as paramount for supporting inner freedom. There is no sangha without our community and each one of you are important in our community. Please come experience the nourishment of sangha, while supporting it with your presence.

Some intentions for this gathering:

  • To support the deepening of community, sangha and spiritual friendship at InsightLA
  • To break down barriers between practitioners; both seen and unseen
  • To spread joy
  • To support freedom from suffering and the progressive refinement of joy
