On Election Night, our InsightLA community is invited to join together for an evening of connection and comfort as we ground ourselves to meet the outcome of this extraordinarily intense election.
We’ll have a virtual “living room” main space with family-friendly activities, music, movement, interactive polls, self-care tips, and open mic sharing, as well as three breakout rooms for meditating, watching election returns, and BIPOC affinity connection. These four rooms will be open all evening, hosted by our InsightLA teachers, facilitators, and volunteers, and folks can move in and out of these on a drop-in basis.
