Join us every Sunday at 9:00 AM for a quiet morning of practice in the serene beauty of our Benedict Canyon Retreat House.
In this supportive and intimate setting, we gather in the protected natural sanctuary of the canyon — a rare place of deep quiet and presence nestled in the hills of Los Angeles.

Each session includes:

  • Guided meditation
  • A dharma talk exploring classical Buddhist teachings and their application to daily life
  • Time for questions and discussion

This is a practice-oriented group rooted in deep Buddhist tradition. All are welcome, whether you are new to meditation or have a long-standing practice.

Dana (Offering):
All donations from this class go directly to InsightLA to support the care and stewardship of the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. There is no teacher split — every gift helps secure and sustain this precious sanctuary for the community.
