Now more than ever, there’s a growing desire to live with purpose and meaning, to delve deeply into the richness of existence. However, amidst life’s myriad challenges, it’s all too easy for our hearts to close, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and others. We often forget the importance of living authentically and caring for our own well-being.
Join us for this special daylong where we will welcome self-care and inner nourishment. This retreat includes mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness, and compassion practices, focusing on self-compassion, nature and the power of sound. There will be a sound bath to explore listening and softening with our entire bodies. Each experience is designed to promote a profound sense of inner peace and renewal.
We encourage you to have any comfort and support items like meditation cushions, chairs, and a limited amount of blankets. If you would like to lay down during some of the practices, you may use a yoga mat, an extra blanket, and any other items that help you feel comfortable.
