A community of immigrants and first-generation people born in the US, coming together to practice meditation and mindful dialogues to gain insights into our individual beliefs and lived experiences as well as those of others.  Together we share mutuality, views and desires to raise awareness.

The group meets monthly, in a supportive and safe environment, to mindfully explore ignorance and aversion on immigration experiences and topics.  We will also celebrate our strength, courage and the beauty of we are.

Open to all meditation levels and meditative practices.  The gathering begins with 30 minutes guided meditation, followed by a group conversation, and closing with a 20 minutes silence meditation.
