Join InsightLA senior teacher Melissa McKay for two days of practicing Metta meditation. Metta means friendliness, benevolence or lovingkindness. It is called a liberating practice because when metta is there, it frees the mind from fear, worry, doubt, anger and annoyance and many other afflictive emotion.
