Join us for a Youngish Adults (YA) retreat exploring practices of stationary meditation, walking meditation, and noble silence.
Practice connecting to what’s arising within as a means for cultivating strength, resilience, and self-compassion in daily life.
All levels of meditators are welcome. There will be optional periods of community connection before and after the retreat. Please bring a packed lunch and snacks (there is a large refrigerator on-site) as well as layers and a hat (for walking meditation) as we will be outdoors.
In keeping with the principles of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily non-harming, we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. Please read the Benedict Canyon location page for notes on parking (there is limited parking and carpooling is strongly encouraged – click Signup to the left).
Max Capacity: 35
Masks: Required indoors for everyone attending this event. We will spend most of the retreat outdoors the back patio where masks are optional.
