Our practice is strengthened when we meditate in community. Let’s sit together, breathe together, and share what brings each of us into presence. Our community is welcoming and has a mix of long time practitioners and those newer to the practice.
Join long time ILA teacher Maureen Shannon-Chapple and a warm and welcoming group of practitioners online for a 30-minute guided meditation followed by a short talk and time for small group and whole group reflections. Talk themes include Buddhist practices and teachings and how we can relate to and apply them to contemporary life, both individually and collectively.
Who is this practice group for?
This practice group is for anyone who would like to strengthen their meditation practice by meditating in community. Everyone is welcome, including those brand new to meditation.

Schedule: 7:30pm to 9pm PT. All weekly meetings will be online only. Participants are encouraged to sign up for the email announcement to be notified weekly about topics, guest speakers, or potential cancellations.
