In modern times with the abundance of unhealthy foods available to us,  maintaining healthy eating habits can be a challenge.  Intermittent fasting has gained in popularity because of its proven ability to help us create a better relationship with eating.  Intermittent fasting, the model where you eat all calories within a certain window of time per day and  fast the rest of the day has many proven benefits including  improved memory, mental clarity, blood pressure and resting heart rates, loss of fat, better insulin resistance, weight loss and improved endurance.

This way of eating has been practiced by monastics and meditators since the time of the Buddha.  In intensive retreat practice and at times in life, no food is taken after lunch because of the benefits on the mind and body during meditation practice.  These days people are finding those benefits in their life as they adopt this practice as a lifestyle.

This 4-week class is designed to give you the emotional support, guidance, inspiration  and tools you need to incorporate intermittent fasting for 28 days so that you can experience the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of fasting for yourself and change your eating habits for good.

This class is for those trying to change unmindful or overeating habits.  It is not intended for those eating disorders.
