In this mindfulness daylong we will practice meditation to cultivate that habit of guarding our mind and grow an awareness of our intentions. Intentions are the seeds that we plant in life and they are what determines if we will be happy or unhappy. The secret to happiness is planting the right intentions. Most of the time of this daylong will be devoted to the practice of mindfulness in order to strengthen that habit of mind so that we can embody it in our thoughts, words and actions and in all aspects of our life.
