Learn how to cultivate a heart that knows no bounds in this guided meditation. Together we’ll train in loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity & forgiveness. When these qualities of the heart are developed, we feel less isolated and more deeply connected to ourselves, others and the world around us.
The format for this event is a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A with the teacher.
