Nurturing the Heart
We welcome you to join us in this guided meditation to practice relaxing the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the heart with loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and serenity.
When these qualities of the heart are developed, we feel less isolated and more deeply connected to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Who is this practice group for?
This guided meditation practice is for anyone who is ready to cultivate a heart that knows no bounds and nurtures compassion for themselves and others. Everyone is welcome, including those who are new to meditation.
