The Buddha taught that the direct path to freedom from stress is seeing things clearly and living in the present as was he taught in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—Satipaṭṭhāna. This is the gentle invitation to establish awareness in four domains of our experience: the body, our feelings, our minds and mental objects.
We come together for four (4) weeks to practice dwelling peacefully in the here and now, observing with kindness, without grasping or aversion. Each session builds on the last, allowing the practice to unfold naturally, like a flower opening in sunlight.
No prior experience is needed. We meet with beginner’s mind, patience, and compassion toward ourselves and one another.
What each weekly session offers:
- A live 75 minute gathering (via Zoom) with guided meditation
- Time for shared reflections and Q&A
- A recorded guided meditation to support your daily practice at home
- A quiet online space for questions, insights, and encouragement—like a small sangha walking together
