Take a break from the hustle of daily life to restore your mind and embark on a journey of self discovery with this 3 day retreat in Benedict Canyon.  Nestled in the tranquil heart of nature, this retreat offers the perfect setting to delve into the ancient practice of Vipassana meditation.

What is Vipassana?
Vipassana means to “see nature or reality”.  By practicing it you come to understand the nature of consciousness, how suffering arises and how to alleviate suffering and stress.  It is a way of purifying the mind and body leading to peace, harmony and a deeper understanding of oneself and of consciousness itself.

What to expect?

  • Silent meditation: Experience 3 days of silent meditation allowing you to turn inward and explore consciousness.
  • Lunch provided: Vegetarian, delicious and nutritious Indian food will be provided
  • Noble silence: By abstaining from speaking, reading, writing or eye-contact, you intensify your focus on meditation and self-awareness.
