No intense schedules or mandatory silence—just a few focused meditation sessions each day, leaving plenty of open time to rest, journal, walk in nature, cook a nourishing meal, or simply be. It’s designed for real life: join from home, create your own sacred space, and ease back into your routine refreshed and grounded.
