Do you ever feel burned-out or exhausted in your area of performance?
This short mindfulness course is designed to inspire participants to enhance performance in any area of their life through the practice of mindfulness. During these six weeks, participants have the opportunity to examine their goals, and familiarize themselves with their limiting beliefs. This results in enhanced performance as well as a deeper understanding of themselves.
Each session meets once a week for 90 minutes of practice and theme exploration. Audios and “home practice” is provided to support participants during the program.
The course is based on mPEAK (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness and Knowledge) which is an 8-week mindfulness curriculum created by the UCSD.
This course is for all levels of practice.

Student Testimonials:
“I love Alex! I honestly think this was godsend to me in a time I needed it a lot.”
“I really enjoyed Alex’s teaching. She was very present, down to earth, answered questions, and overall just displayed her humanness in such a lovely way. Would highly recommend her and I would definitely recommend this class. I just found it so useful to have a community and a structure to help me deepen into my practice, but also as a place to remember compassion and that this work doesn’t have to look any particular way.”
