This daylong will give special attention to relaxing and nourishing the body while soothing the heart and mind.

The intensity of this historic moment can destabilize the attention and unsettle the body. Where and how we place our attention is fundamental to being human. In some ways, we can say that attention is our most sacred resource.  Unifying and stabilizing the attention begins with relaxation. In the simplicity of relaxation and meditative attention, we find that obsessive thoughts and scattered emotions loose their hold. We can perceive experience with less reactivity, fixation and stress.

A spacious schedule and teachings will be offered with time for sitting, lying down, and walking practices, movement, and lunch.

Let’s come together and support each other as we open to our deepest values with kindness and care.

This event will be utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you register, you’ll receive an email with the zoom log-in information. You’ll be provided a link to access video and dial-in number that will allow you you to join by phone if preferred.
