Join us this Saturday – 11/5 @10:00am-12:00pm (PT) – for a special event celebrating the beginning of National Gratitude Month (November) as we welcome multi-award-winning British composer, music producer and songwriter Peter Raeburn as he shares his new album about deep suffering, recovery, and hope.
Peter will play several songs, discuss the importance of connection and awareness, and be in conversation with our InsightLA community. All are welcome!
We come together to meditate and talk about supporting the people in our lives (including ourselves) who may be struggling with deep suffering, grief, hopelessness, helplessness, disconnection, mental health/health challenges, and/or suicidal thoughts.
We will discuss – and practice – the importance of connection, community, and compassion.
There will be a 15-20 minute guided meditation and teaching (recorded), and time for conversation, discussion, and questions (not recorded).
Suggested Donation: $10
