How do we best respond to the suffering of racial violence and dehumanization of African-Americans in our society?

During this gathering we will explore our questions in a safe and respectful container. Together, we’ll honor these painful times as a call for courageous action, affirming that truly, Black Lives Matter.

This event is sponsored by Spirit Rock, Insight Meditation Society, InsightLA, and the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.

In addition to the live zoom gathering, this session will be livestreamed via Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/insightlameditation/
