We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Donations are not refundable.

Refund and Event Policies

Class will include an essential teaching from The Buddha and meditation. There will be an optional Q&A and group discussion at 11:15-11:45am.

Emphasis will be on practical ways of integrating meditation and the Buddha’s teaching into everyday life.  Meditation for relaxation of body and ease of mind, gives relief from distress, distraction and overwhelm.

Those who want to spend less time on your screen and prefer to remain quiet can easily do so by signing off.

Please join us if you are interested in deepening your meditation practice and integrating more peace and calm into your daily life.

We will meet for 4 consecutive Tuesdays starting July 7th and ending on July 28th. Join us for one class or all for the best cumulative effect.
