Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or special event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date. Bring the presence and power of mindfulness into your intimate relationship(s) with a day of simple practices for enlivened intimacy.

Skillfully guided by Senior Teacher Justine Dawson, engage in a playful, approving and respectful exploration of:

  • Moving from your head into your body, fully inhabiting yourself in erotic intimacy
  • Becoming mindfully connected to and expressive of your desires and boundaries
  • Awakening your attention to notice and attune more deeply to your partner
  • Creating vibrant and resonant touch and connection
  • Feeling more sensation, vitality and intimate aliveness
  • A mindful life that includes your sensuality

Amidst the natural beauty of Benedict Canyon Retreat Center, we will move between silent individual practice, reflective dialog, and partnered meditations & exercises (clothes-on). Feel free to contact Justine with questions about the day at justine@justinedawson.com.

Appropriate for both beginning and experienced mindfulness practitioners.

This class is welcoming to and inclusive of partnered adults of all genders and sexual orientation in any relationship form – couples, intimate friends, ‘it’s complicated’ and beyond. Please sign up with someone(s) you plan on partnering with for the reflections and exercises.

In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily precepts of non-harming, we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. We ask that out of respect and care for our immunocompromised friends, we all commit to masking indoors. Max capacity: 35. Please be sure to read the Benedict Canyon page for parking info and items to bring.

To offer or join a ride share, click Sign-Up to the left. Thank you for supporting fellow practitioners.

(The Fee is per person and each participant will need to register separately.)
