We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. Re-Entering public community spaces in the aftermath of COVID-19 is both a necessity and a deep concern for many of Us.
The InsightLA is re-opening to the LA Community and invites you to safely re-enter our shared community spaces.
Join ILA teachers Thomas Davis IV and Lisa Kring in a 2-class series that offers an opportunity for community sharing, healing and liberation. Each class session will include guided meditation instruction, talks on emergent themes, as well as group sharing, Q&A and relevant relational exercises. All are Welcome!
