Adam Stonebraker, MA, ERYT500, YACEP

Adam Stonebraker discovered and began practicing Yoga and Meditation in 1999, and has been teaching to diverse audiences both locally and internationally since 2010. He draws his inspiration from his extensive training in Yin Yoga and his long-time training in Buddhadharma. Adam’s primary objective is to lead people into an understanding of their own uniqueness in both mind and body, to trust their own innate wisdom, and to come into a deep understanding of interconnection. Adam is particularly interested in the intersection of Buddhism and the traditional practices of Yoga, the Bodhisattva path, and practicing in the natural world.

Adam has had the privilege to study closely with Sarah & Ty Powers, Tias & Surya Little, Joe Barnett, Paul & Suzee Grilley, Mary Ezraty, Kittisaro & Thanissara, and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.

In May of 2019, Adam earned an MA in the unique and highly regarded Mindfulness Studies Program at Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts.
