Kevin Griffin

Kevin Griffin is a Buddhist teacher and author best known for his 2004 book One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps, and his innovative work bringing dharma and recovery together. A co-founder of the Buddhist Recovery Network, he teaches internationally in a wide range of settings from meditation and yoga centers to universities and elementary schools, as well as working with mindfulness researchers. He lives in the Bay Area where he teaches at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
