Living with an autoimmune disease or condition may present many challenge. From waking up every morning with enough energy to comply with all that there is in the agenda, to just being open to whatever arises in the body as we live to our best self. Let us practice mindfulness meditation together to recognize and accept what we feel in our body and open our hearts and let the practice feed our souls to clear our minds and present our best self to the world.
