We all want to make our homes a more conducive environment for formal practice, but very little of our meditation practice actually happens on the cushion. If we are going to understand how the mind works, we have to cultivate awareness in all of our daily activities—from the time we wake up until the time we fall asleep!
If that sounds daunting, don’t worry. In this workshop we will discuss tips and tricks to help keep the mind relaxed and aware throughout the day in the place that is closest to our hearts—our home.
