Sound Bath Meditation
Let go of your mind and then be mindful. Close your ears and listen! ~ Rumi
Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.
Sound bath meditation enables one to access and cultivate awareness of higher states of consciousness through the sound waves and binaural beats created through the music. This unique experience incorporates the use of voice, crystal singing bowls, gong and various other instruments.
The session ends with a period of silence.
