Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Sunday mornings are treasured at InsightLA as we enjoy a warm community gathering for this special weekly practice group. This group began late in 2002 and is the longest-running, most attended group after almost twenty years.

Sunday Practice Groups are led by InsightLA founder Trudy Goodman or one of the many wonderful InsightLA teachers who have studied with her. We are occasionally joined by special guest teachers.

Who is this practice group for?
InsightLA drop-in sitting groups are an opportunity for you to learn more about meditation practice in a welcoming environment. All Practice Groups at InsightLA are drop-in and donation-based. Let’s Sit Together!

Expect a meditation with some guidance, followed by a Dharma talk and dialogue. Optional break-out groups give you a chance to get to know others and explore your practice experiences together.

No prior meditation experience is necessary.
