The Mindful Writer’s Practice Group meets on the first Sunday of every month. In this monthly practice group, we explore the use of mindfulness within the context of creativity and writing. Expect one or more of the following practices:
-Mindfulness meditation practice
-Creative writing exercises
-Option to share individual written work and developing projects
Who is this practice group for?
The mindful writer’s practice group is open to anyone who has a writing practice, including people who like to journal. This practice group is for anyone who would like to mindfully explore creative expression and the connection to their own inner ‘muse.’
Please note that while there will be space to explore your own work and share, this is not a writing class that will teach the fundamentals of writing.
Where is this practice group located?
The mindful writer’s practice group meets online. Join us LIVE on Zoom from the comfort of your own home or another safe space. Zoom details will be sent automatically a few minutes after you register.
NOTE: No class in October. We will resume in November.
Although this is a donation-based class, registration is required.
