Refund and Event Policies

In this 4-week online series, we will weave together Dharma teachings and discoveries in modern psychology and neuroscience to help you cultivate kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity – qualities of the heart known as the Brahma Viharas that are directly linked to happiness.

Through didactic instruction, guided meditations, and group discussion, we will actively explore and nurture these “divine abodes” so that we can experience them in our everyday lives – within ourselves, our relationships, and our communities.

This class is designed for people who have taken an Introduction to Mindfulness course at InsightLA or elsewhere or those who have some meditation experience and wish to deepen their practice.
