Our 4 week class will meet from 10:00- 11:15am on Tuesday mornings in August. There will be an optional Q&A and group discussion at 11:15-11:45am.
Each meeting will include guided meditation and an essential teaching from The Buddha.
There will be an optional Q&A and small group discussions at 11:00-11:30am. Those who want to spend less time on your screen and prefer to remain quiet can easily do so by signing off at 11:15am.
Guided meditations will include relaxing the body, easing the mind, and caring for the heart. Meditation is a valuable resource during challenging times, and a relief from distress, distraction and being overwhelmed.
Emphasis will be on practical ways of integrating the wisdom of the Buddha’s teaching into everyday life.
