Our teachers are selected based on their years and depth of personal mindfulness training and study. They have a working knowledge of the ancient Buddhist teachings and meditation methods. We are proud of their dedication to both teaching and embodying wisdom and compassion in daily life. In addition, InsightLA is guided by a Dharma Council made up of some of the most highly regarded teachers in the west.
